Shipping Times, Terms & Costs

Items Processed Directly Through Our Website: Items processed through arteasternshore.com will process and ship within 5 business days. Please allow additional time through peak seasons and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information for each package shipped. 

Please note that based on size, cost, handling and location, shipping carrier may be adjusted.

Once the item is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over shipping times. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are happy to accept returns if the items are wrong, damaged prior to shipping or defective. Please contact us immediately (within 3 calendar days) If you received your order damaged or defective. If damaged during transit, please also contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Always contact us at info@arteasternshore.com to see what we can do about an order that does not meet your expectations.  

International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada at this time.

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to return the item to us. Please request your return as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us first at info@arteasternshore.com.

You must indicate in the subject line : ATTN RETURNS and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items are final and non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards: these are final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
